Python Job: Senior Software Engineer

Black Box Co is a rapidly growing AgTech SaaS company that works with livestock data to provide easy access to analytics previously reserved for only the largest players in the industry.

Our team is fully remote, with support for working within overlapping time zones of Australian east coast.

The Tech
Our app is Ruby on Rails with highly interactive JS dashboards, in TypeScript. Our data processing uses BigQuery (and BigQuery ML), and dbt. We also have some Python and R used for some in-house analytics.
We use CI/CD with regular deploys

About you
You've had experience working in development teams on products that need to scale. You enjoy the challenge of working on complex data analysis processes and working with your team members to solve problems, and grow along the way. You're comfortable with tests, and strive to create maintainable code.
Bonus points for having experience with GCP, complex SQL, or analytics.
